Hello- I bought a new 2014 TRX450R. I purchased a maintenance plan for 12 months. The plan is suppose to cover engine oil, filter and trans oil changes twice per month and major service twice per year. I have now broke in the engine and have 12 hours of ride time. The dealer told me that I can either bring the bike in for the oil change or they will give me the oils and filter and crush washers to go and I can do it myself. I like a project so I choose to do this work myself. When I went to the dealer to get the supplies they gave me two quarts of engine oil, a filter and a quart of transmission oil and two crush seals. Just posting this up for discussion. I probably wont buy them but I see these kits all over Ebay. Its a kit that gives you all the goodies to change your stock TRX shocks to a triple rate or dual rate set-up. Ill try post up a few links for example. ok guys I wanted to bring you guys this great parts and for a super affordable price. they are made by Glann Innovations ( just look him up on FB like that) and its a guy who makes all of these parts, not a big company, so you know he takes his time and effort into making a great product for our quads.. if you love your quad , it deserves the best protection out there.. so here it goes..

If you own a TRX450R or TRX450ER you need to save your cases. Many people get suckered in to the billet case savers or think the stock case saver is adequate. Truth is in many cases if you lose a chain it will take out your cases costly you hundreds or even more in repair which to be done correctly is replacement. You need to pick up either a UPP case saver or a MOOSE Case saver which is the brand pictured below. The case saver wraps around your shift shaft as well as fitting in to the nooks and crevices of you case making it absorb a LOT more impact. http://www.offtopic.forum/uploads/imported/2012/04/IMAG0679-1.jpg
