Last week the EPA revoked a permit for a coal mining operation in West Virginia it had previously approved back in 2007. After getting their approval the coal company has spent millions of dollars preparing to get this coal and just when they can start actually getting that coal and making money off their investment, the EPA pulls the rug out from under them and takes away the permit.
