Moscow says Ukrainian forces have taken advantage of President Biden's green light and launched 6 U.S.-made ATACMs into Russian territory Tuesday. Russia says it shot down five of the missiles and damaged the sixth. It added that debris landed in the area of a Russian military facility, but that no casualties or damage beyond a small fire. Ukraine did not immediately confirm the use of ATACMs on Tuesday, but officials did announce an attack on a military facility in Russia's Bryansk region, the same region where Moscow says the missiles fell. The attack came just two days after President Biden approved Ukraine to use American long-range missiles on Russian soil, an escala…

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., has suggested that she would support banning biological men from women's spaces in "all taxpayer-funded facilities." Greene's comments come as Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., pushes a resolution to prohibit House members and others from using single-sex spaces in the Capitol or House office buildings that do not align with their biological sex. "A Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, officer, or employee of the House may not use a single-sex facility (including a restroom, changing room, or locker room) in the Capitol or House Office Buildings, other than those corresponding to the biological sex of such individual," the resolution states,…

President Biden was not pictured among other world leaders in the traditional "family photo" at the final Group of 20 summit of his presidency on Monday. Biden arrived along with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau after photographers had already finished with the other smiling leaders, who had been positioned on a riser. A senior Biden official said the president did not participate because of "logistical issues." "Due to logistical issues, they took the family photo early before all the leaders had arrived. So a number of leaders weren’t actually there when they took the photo," the official said. TRUMP ALLIES WARN BIDEN RISKING ‘WORLD WAR III’ BY AUTHORIZING LONG-…

Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., said regulators under President Biden should quit doing their jobs to allow President-elect Trump a "fresh slate" when he takes office in January. In a letter to Biden on Sunday, Scott said Americans "across the country rejected your administration’s radical economic agenda and delivered President Trump and the incoming Congress a clear mandate to usher in a new era of government." "Given this mandate," Scott wrote, "it is incumbent upon you and your administration to ensure that President Trump can implement the agenda the American people voted for by allowing him to take office on January 20th with a fresh slate." The Houston Texans destroyed their in-state rival Dallas Cowboys, 34-10, on "Monday Night Football," and the social media admin was quick to pour some salt in the wound. Before the game kicked off, a metal sheet fell from the roof of AT&T Stadium, as the dome was set to open for the first home game since October 2022. That quickly changed after the sheet fell, and luckily, nobody was harmed. Using that mishap as inspiration, the Texans posted a picture of an opened AT&T Stadium with two metal sheets positioned to make an "L," referencing the loss the team handed the Cowboys – their fifth straight defeat. Authorities in Hong Kong sentenced 45 prominent pro-democracy activists to up to 10 years in prison on Tuesday for violating a wide-ranging national security law imposed on the area by China. The activists are accused of agreeing to veto government-proposed budgets indiscriminately after securing a majority to force a dissolution of the legislature and ultimate ouster of the city's leader. Of the 47 individuals charged, 31 pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit subversion, while 14 others were convicted following a trial. Two others were acquitted. The drastic crackdown brought criticism from western countries. Australia, who had a citizen among those sentenced, objected …

President-elect Donald Trump is exactly right to remove the federal government from our educational system. This is one giant step toward restoring parental authority and excellence in our schools. America’s founders never intended for us to have a national Department of Education, and they specifically did not want the government intruding into education. They knew such overreach would lead to the destruction of our schools and our nation, and now we have modern proof that they were right. Thank God, Trump seeks to dismantle the national Department of Education. It’s a constitutional move, and it cannot come soon enough! CALIFORNIA TEACHER LASHES OUT AT STUDENT WEA…

Although the gunman who killed their children and his parents who gave him the gun are behind bars, families of the Oxford High School shooting victims say their fight for justice is far from over. Victims' parents gathered for the first time without their attorneys alongside members of the Oxford Board of Education, the town's chief of police, the county prosecutors office and other supportive parties to demand a full investigation into the events that led up to Ethan Crumbley's Nov. 30, 2021 attack on the Michigan school that killed four students and injured seven others, including a teacher. "This is not about identifying people to prosecute – that's what the attorney…

Katie Couric took a swipe at Vice President Kamala Harris for her non-answers in various interviews leading up to the presidential election. On Thursday's installment of her podcast "Next Question with Katie Couric," the veteran broadcaster had a lengthy post-election conversation with MSNBC host and longtime Democratic spokeswoman Jen Psaki, who said she thought one of Harris' "better interviews" was her Fox News sit-down with Bret Baier. "I always find that people do better when they're asked really challenging, pointed questions. I always felt that way about Hillary Clinton," Couric said. "If you are giving them these almost weird, like, amorphous softballs, it's rea…

A group of House Republicans is pushing to overhaul how funds are organized at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to more quickly get aid to communities devastated by Hurricane Helene. Rep. Gary Palmer, R-Ala., chair of the House GOP Policy Committee, is leading a new bill that would move unspent funds the agency has from the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as certain unspent funds earmarked for previous natural disasters like Hurricane Katrina, into the FEMA Disaster Relief Fund. It comes just hours before the House Oversight Committee is set to hold a high-stakes hearing over accusations that FEMA aid was politicized, with FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell expec…

Cajun food is fairly mainstream — and gumbo, jambalaya and bread pudding can be found on restaurant menus nationwide. But one dish – gravy – has remained something of a hidden gem of Louisiana. And the "Gravy Boys," eight best friends from college, are dedicated to perfecting the dish and preserving their cultural heritage. The story of the Gravy Boys begins, technically, in the 1700s when Cajuns first arrived in Louisiana. CREAMY CAJUN SHRIMP SCAMPI OVER PASTA IS A FLAVOR-PACKED, CHEESY DREAM: TRY THE EASY RECIPE "They were kicked out of France. They were kicked out of Nova Scotia. They ended up here," Sullivan Zant, one of the Gravy Boys, told Fox News Digital in a Zo…

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a revised nuclear doctrine on Tuesday stating that any attack on Russia supported by a country with nuclear power could be grounds for a nuclear response. Putin signed the new policy on the 1,000th day of the war with Ukraine and the day after President Biden authorized Ukraine to use U.S.-supplied longer-range missiles to strike inside Russia. The doctrine also states that Russia could respond to aggression against its ally Belarus with nuclear weapons, The Associated Press reported. Though the doctrine doesn't specify that Russia will definitely respond to such attacks with nuclear weapons, it does mention the "uncertainty of scal…

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is right-- the U.S. is flunking health care. Our country spends nearly twice as much on medical care per person than other wealthy countries but our outcomes – measured by life expectancy, infant mortality, unmanaged diabetes and heart attack mortality -- are far worse. This is an industry that begs to be disrupted. Whether Robert F. Kennedy Jr., whom President-elect Trump has nominated to run the Department of Health and Human Services, is the man for the job remains to be seen. Give him this: he has been fearless in calling out the obvious failures of the status quo. NYT'S FACT-CHECK OF RFK JR.'S CLAIMS ABOUT POPULAR BREAKFAST CEREAL STUNS SOCIAL…

More than 1,300 species are listed as either endangered or threatened in the United States under the federal Endangered Species Act ("ESA"). The 51-year old statute has been administered (and abused) by the United States Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS), an agency within the Department of the Interior, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Marine Fisheries Service, which is in the Department of Commerce. Two other agencies play enormous roles in the "administration" of the ESA: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers which is inside of the Pentagon, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Set aside the complexities of dealing with the Fisheries…
