Oklahoma Superintendent of Public Instruction Ryan Walters got into a heated back-and-forth with CNN host Pamela Brown over public schools using the Bible in lessons. The "CNN Newsroom" host opened her segment with Walters asking him about the backlash over his mandate to incorporate the Bible and the Ten Commandments into public schools, amid an ongoing lawsuit against it. "I have continued to hear the gaslighting from the left, frankly, even from this network, pushing lies about what's going on across America," Walters said. "President Trump has a clear mandate. He wants prayer back in school. He wants radical leftism out of the classroom, wants our kids to be patriotic…

"The View" co-host Whoopi Goldberg did not further address the back-and-forth between herself and a Staten Island bakery, during "The View" on Monday, after she accused the bakery of denying her service over her politics. Goldberg and her co-hosts celebrated her 69th birthday on Wednesday with Charlotte Russe desserts, a nostalgic New York treat. Goldberg told the audience her birthday order had almost fallen through due to what she claimed was the bakery’s objection to her left-wing political stance. "They said that their ovens had gone down, all kinds of stuff, but folks went and got them anyway, which is why I’m not telling you who made them," said Goldberg. She sugge…

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) approved New York Gov. Kathy Hochul’s congestion pricing program for Midtown and Lower Manhattan on Monday, in a 12-1 vote. Congestion pricing would commence in January, and institute a video-enforced toll on newly-built gantries surrounding the city’s core. Traffic moving below 60th Street and Central Park, and entering from New Jersey, Brooklyn or Queens — except for via the RFK Triboro Bridge and George Washington Bridge — would be subject to the toll. Hochul previously said she would like to see a slightly lower price point than the original $15 — around $9, citing inflation — and MTA Chairman Janno Lieber suggested last…

JERUSALEM— Just hours before the United Nations Security Council is slated to vote on an alleged anti-Israel resolution pushed by Algeria to impose an end on the Jewish state's war of self-defense against Hamas, the Biden administration has gone silent about how it will vote. The irony of the notoriously anti-Israel Algeria devising the resolution recalls the witty line of the late Israeli Ambassador to the U.N., Abba Eban, who said, "If Algeria introduced a (U.N.) resolution declaring that the earth was flat and that Israel had flattened it, it would pass by a vote of 164 to 13 with 26 abstentions." The proposed resolution has triggered outrage from several quarters, inc…

Criticisms have mounted surrounding President-elect Trump naming former Rep. Matt Gaetz as his pick for U.S. attorney general, following nearly four years of actions taken by the Biden administration’s Department of Justice that came under fierce fire from conservatives. Trump named Gaetz as his pick for attorney general last Wednesday, coming as a surprise to both conservatives and liberals alike. Democrats have notably slammed the choice, citing the House Ethics Committee’s investigation into Gaetz’s alleged sexual misconduct with a minor. Gaetz has long denied any wrongdoing, and the Trump transition team said they are confident the Senate will confirm Gaetz. "I know…
