If civil war insues then I will tell the kuwaiti's to enlarge their northern border to include Iraqs southern oil fields and tell the kuwaiti's 'it's reparations for Iraqs past aggression' plus a buffer zone to contain the violence..then I would indicate the kurds in the North to seek Independence and establish Kurdistan (taking the Northern Oil fields of Kirkuk) That leaves the beligerrant sunni and shiah sandwiched in the middle with nothing.The gratefull kuwaitis will get military aide till all troops a withdrawn from the region.
