I get depressed from time to time, I know people think that listening to emo-music is the most helpful thing when you're depressed, well...I think the opposit, when I'm depressed I listen to more positive upbeat songs even though I crave the emo-music, and it refreshes me and makes me careless of anything (not saying that this is the positive way to be). One of my favourites is Sum 41 - Fat Lip (duh), Rythms and anything on the All Killer, No Filler Album. It get's me hyper and laid back. In time it will eventually pass...talking to people and telling people how you feel is always healthy. Remember suicide is never the answer, if you're looking for 'relief' (which is an emotion) you have to be alive to feel it. Be positive, believe in yourself and things will get better.
