  1. I would like to let you know that you know nothing. If they did legalize weed the government would regulate every aspect of the herb. If you really enjoy smoking and getting "high" you would much rather have it illegal. The quality of the weed would go up if it was government regulated, but it would be harder to get because just like alcohol there would be age requirements, taxes, regulations up the ying yang. The government would turn weed into a money maker by making independent dealing illegal. The economy would go down because everyone business exec would be to stoned to work. You would be paying $100 for a dub sack and you would be limited to how much you could buy.
  2. The government, if you all have not noticed absolutely loves to tax, regulate and control every aspect of our lives, including what we put into our own bodies. I do agree that narcotics should never be legal, but a little weed never hurt anyone. With the rise in the american drug cartel, we can only wonder if the government plays a bigger role than know in the smuggling scene. I believe that if the government didn't want drugs coming into and leaving this country, THEY WOULDNT! The government is involved with most likely over 50% of the "unknown" operations because they make money first selling, then busting. If you think I'm crazy when I say the government contributes to the cartel, you are an idiot who knows nothing. Anywho, would it be less complicated if weed were legal, or is there hidden reasoning as to why it is kept on the no-no list.
  3. A 33 year old homeless man robs a liquor store. This man has a severe addiction to menthamphetamines. Another homeless man robs a liquor store just 3 blocks away in the same legal jurisdiction but he does it to feed his 12 year old son. Should the motive for the crime play any sort of roll in the conviction of the criminal. Does motive matter or is a robbery, a robbery plain and simple. When convicting a criminal of any crime, should the motive be taken into consideration?
  4. something all the dumbass's must realize is that most children that are of legal age still arent mature or responsible enough for a license. So lowering the driving age would be a good way to kill all your ten year olds.
  5. Let me tell you, girls are very simple and complicated at the same time. Just like boys, girls are scared of rejection as well... Something people come to learn in life as they grow up(you being 18 and male, so you haven't learned yet unless your mature for your age) is that everything you do and others do is a reaction. You react to someone else's reaction and so on and so forth. So, if you give off an unapproachable vibe, a girl that may be interested in you will turn and run because it's human nature to protect yourself from being hurt. Confidence is the foundation for striking someones interest. Noone want's to be with someone who thinks to high or to low of themselves. Finding the in between at your age is more difficult because we aquire the balance with the hit or miss technique.
