  1. As i said, it was designed mainly for the XC Racer, where no tail light is required or even used, Although, there are pre-drilled holes that would make it very easy to fabricate all of the pieces some of you guys are looking for. I Didn't even know you had to have a tail light in the sand dunes, of course i've never been to one, and live in central Indiana, closest thing to a dune is a kids sand box. I will look into the possibility of making tail light mount, but for sure the flag mount, seperate exhaust mount, and number plate mount are being worked on currently.
  2. Bare, $105. and if you want anything powder coated $5 per piece. this one uses a large tubing, a much more aggressive knurl, and the biggest part, it is bolted together, so you can replace the parts if you were to bend it instead of buying an entire new bar.
  3. Sorry, i didn't see that question, as far as the brake like, we are not working on that currently, the grab bar was made more for the racers running the XC Style races. I know this grab bar is not for everyone, but it has specific Intentions for the racing crowd. even thought it would work great for Recreational. The flag mount, and a Number plate mount, we are working on that, but the brake light mount is something that we don't feel will be a something to put a lot of money in, it will raise the cost of the grab bar, and most of the racers won't want them anyways.
  4. The reason the exhaust mount is like that is so it will fit the other models, to make the exhaust mount, you just cut that section off of the one you took off of your quad, and then use that, they are working on a seperate exhaust mount, but there is another grab bar on the market that is the same way,
  5. Here is a new grab bar on the market, just thought i would post this and see what you guys thought. It's a Drop grab bar, and it's Modular, so it's Bolted together, has benefits over the typical Welded together Grab bar. Any opinions? Fits 04-13 Trx450r/er, and not that it matters here, lol, but the Yfz450 also http://www.offtopic.forum/uploads/imported/2012/10/P1180938-1.jpg http://www.offtopic.forum/uploads/imported/2012/10/P1180935-1.jpg http://www.offtopic.forum/uploads/imported/2012/10/P1180931-1.jpg http://www.offtopic.forum/uploads/imported/2012/10/P1180908-1.jpg
  6. Should be something like Rd12 or D12, They have 10's, 12's, and 15's, Each Number range has different letters, So an R is Soft, Middle is RD, and Hard is D, But then a 10 is softer then a 12, and then 15, So start with the Numbers, and then go to the letters, So, a D10 is Softer then a R12 They skip over some of the Combinations, but hopefully that gives you an Idea how to Read the Compounds.
  7. TT Bike, 04/05, BB and stroker, bigger carb, FC intake, Custom Cam, +1in/ex, ported, Full Hinson, Big core Curtis sparks, Roberts racing Swing arm, wider, Moded stock a arms, Dynatech ignition, Jet Shock conversions. Woods Bike, 08, SB/SS, ported head, stage 2 cam, HMF Slip on, Jet Shock Conversions, That's the Jist of it anyways.

  9. You could go about it Many differant ways, but i would get alot of your suspension stuff first. Sway bar, Maultech TT Rear linkage, Hit up Jet Suspension, he done my TT Suspension, Lowering kits really screw with the suspension, they don't work very well IMO, but i guess it depends on how competitive you want to be. Don't get super offset wheels for the front, that messes with your steering also. Engine, once again, depends on how competitive you want to be. The most popular tires around here at either the Hoosier 10 or 12 compound, or the American Racer 30 or 33.
