Hey Andy, Can you tell me what is foursquare? I am really looking for a way to find people around for when I am travelling. Now I only use couchsurfing but you need to pre arrange things and everything. I never know very much upfront where I will be, so I need something that I can immediatly in the moment see what people I can meet somewhere. Maybe you can suggest some things to me. Hello Nexx, This one sounds kind of interesting but it looks like anyone can just find me. Isn't there a way to seperate the people you want your location and everything to be seen by and the others that you can choose what they see?

Hi everybody, I am Melissa from Germany. I am travelling a lot and since I want to meet lots of people while doing so I have been looking for ways to make that easier. I am especially interested in apps for my phone that can help me find people wherever I go and to stay in touch with my family and friends from back home.
