The CD looks like it's in good condition... i say message the guy and tell him to post a pic of the CD condition (meaning any scarches and what not...) i personally wouldn't buy it cause i've had bad experiences with buying the Hybrid Theory EP from Ebay...

screw the 360 (although it's a good "new" gen console).... nintendo wii is a must buy in opinion cause you can download old games on to it and that it's line up of games are looking better and better... but from what i hear the "Gameboy" is still to be worked on although its counter part (NDS) is doing really good... the line up of games for the NDS looks really awsome cause you get a new Star Fox !!

the book in my opinion is pretty good and man the movie looks alright because i think that they should of got some else to play the lead part (not that i have anything against Tom Hanks)...

try windows movie maker... just put in the clip you want in the audio section of "wmm" and it will save it as a wav file... then you can do whatever you want with the file...

neither of those cd's.... the only cd that im really waiting is for AFI's new upcoming cd ! ohhh yeah and the new LP cd aswell....
