Alot of you people who are dissing HT and Meteora are so dumb. Saying that the new album would sound like the other stuff is bad? That doesn't make sense. Listening to that made you like them and now your saying you wouldn't wanna hear new stuff like that? Stupid. Thats who Linkin Park is and I'll say it again, if you don't like it go listen to another band. The new LP sucks, plain and simple.

yeah mikes rapping. This CD is not something I feel like listening to while I'm driving with the windows down and shit like the old linkin park albums. They were awesome. No, this one has to sound like a fucking emo band with chester crying in the lyrics. Uggh....

ummm, Well when I stick the DVD in, It lets me listen to all the songs on there. For some reason, I don't know why they put them on there since it comes with a CD too? He thinks they re did all the songs like old linkin park with mike and it's on the audio on the DVD? I doubt it but I can check?

When I hear this album, makes me hard to believe it's completed. Seems like this album is not finished and it's a joke. I like bleed it out but come on, saying "I Bleed It out digging deeper just to throw it away" like 4987 times in the song? Can't believe they didn't see that and say, wow we need to fix this...

I don't agree with you. First of all, If someone complained about the band getting the same and blah blah blah that means they grew out of the music. That's the music they are and if you don't like it, there are PLENTY of other bands out there to get into the music you are now into. Linkin park needed a change? Please. They made two albums, making this three. You act like they made plenty of albums and it's the same. Look at the plenty of bands that made alot of CD's with the same style and sold millions and no one EVER complained it's the same. That's who they are! So your saying that the new music showed how much they matured and saying that they weren't matured back then? No, it doesn't make sense. They could have kept the lyrics they made in MTM, that's fine. They could have sang it better. Needed more rapping in it, cause that's who Linkin Park is. They should have never changed. I still like the new album but they went downhill with this album and everyone is admitting it. Everyone on here knows that HT and Meteroa are better but don't wanna admit it. Some might say that MTM has better lyrics, hey maybe it does, but it could have been put together better. That's all I'm saying. I don't care what anyone says. Sure, the new album is good but it's not who they are plain and simple.

Well, I remember reading this but I didn't think anything of it. I thought it would have Mike in it alittle bit. BUT, you have to admit...they said they are changing but they are going to be more rock and less rapping. Now, thats not bad. I like What I've Done and Bleed it out and Given Up, No more Sorrow - GREAT SONGS. But come on, all these slow ass bitchy songs? It's cool to have like one or maybe two slow songs but 6!? Come on now!!! From the way the album is, they should have just stuck with Hybird Theory 3. I gaurantee people would love it. I don't know about you but when meteora came out, I DIDNT THINK ONCE that, OMG THIS IS LIKE HYBIRD THEROY TO MUCH. I was like FUCKING AWESOME and i'm glad they stuck with the same genere. Thats who linkin park is, they shouldn't change. If i wanted to listen to softer, I would listen to another band such as U2. There is no reason for them to change.

It's funny cause they said in their DVD that they spent like 3 months making the other albums but this one took 14 months or something. Funny cause you would think, WOW if 3 months they made Hybird Theory then DAMN 14 months it's GOTTA BE AMAZING. Sucks that it's not. They should have just stuck with the 3 month thing and rushed it cause It probably woulda be better. Doesn't make sense but It's true. They say they put alot into the lyrics and shit but I don't really care about that. I want the song beats and the rapping and the awesome shit they used to use. That's what made Linkin Park and they totally changed into what sounds like any other band. I'll say it again, If it worked the first time and second time, why change? Hybird Theroy>Meteroa>Minutes To Midnight. IMO, Hybird Theory is the best album ever made. I cannot believe how good it still is to me, I fucking love it. No other band has ever done that for me before but I still listen to this album daily and its still as awesome as it was the first time I got it. Guys think they might go back to their old selves in the next album?

Well, I must say. I downloaded the album and I was very dissapointed. Today, I just went out and bought the CD/DVD version and came home and watched the DVD and it made me realize how much work and effort they put into this album. I mean, the DVD was amazing. And book is unbealiveable, I love it. I still perfer old Linkin Park over new but now I understand why they have changed and I respect them for that. Buying the album is so worth it though. New CD isn't bad now, I kinda like the songs. I guess it's just "growing on me"? Everyone, buy this album.

holy shit you guys are insane! lol, this album is probably one of the worst album's I have heard in a long time. I LOVED and I fucking mean LOVED linkin park for years and I COULD NOT wait for this album to come out. I thought about it day and night. When I woke up in the morning I counted down to this album but when It got leaked I almost had a heart attack. I go to listen to it and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Every song is a slow song except for like 3 songs on the whole fucking CD. What the hell is this? It sounds like I'm listening to a whiney emo band or U2 or something and it's really gay. Best songs on the CD - Given Up, Bleed it out, No more Sorrow, and even then they aren't even that good. This is not linkin park and they let me down SO much. I think the problem with me is that I am just so used to hearing their other stuff and then going to this i'm comparing and it's totally different. Not even same genres. But i can't help it, listening to linkin park and knowing them for YEARS and then 1 day changing my likes about the music they play just can't happen. If it worked for two albums, why change?
