okay, so when i post in a certain thread. it gets added to my 'subscription' folder and i receive an email everytime someone replies to that thread. in the default thread subscription mode in the user cp , i already changed the settings to 'no email notification' but i am still receiving the emails. help ?

it was actually on an article about where indie bands in singapore should go to promote themselves on the internet . they had a screenshot of this site with the article and once i saw linkin park , i decided to join .
