  1. Thanks for putting forth the effort to get this done!
  2. Definitely interested. Any idea on what the group buy price would be? How many purchases are required to meet the group buy rate?
  3. LOL, yup, that's about all the riding I get in during the winter. With two driveways totaling 2000 feet I get lots of seat time on the Rincon in the winter. The weather in Florida sure looks nice!
  4. Should you wear one? I think so. Do I wear one? No. I would like to wear one for riding, but don't have one for the same reason Bailey mentioned, they are just so expensive for a good one. I think it's one of those things that the first time you crash while wearing it you are glad you paid every dollar for it, but until that happens all you can think of is how much it cost lol.
  5. I also had a Pro Armor swinger skid. I beat that thing to heck. Was always straightening it, until it finally cracked and busted. I cut a bunch of gussets out of 1/4" and brought it to a buddy of mine who welds a lot more aluminum than I do and had him tig it all back together with the extra gussets. It wasn't long after that that I removed it for the last time due to all the cracks and breakage. I ended up buying a DG Laser Series skid that is made out of stainless, but not very thick stainless. The Laser skid fits like crap. All the mounting holes are on the same plane, but as you guys know they are at different heights so I had to make some spacers for it to bolt up properly. And yes it is for a TRX450R as that is laser cut into the skid plate lol. Anyway, It fell off during a ride and I never put it back on. It held up ok, but the plate bent and flexed too much and the sprocket chewed through the UHMW chain slider and ripped the rivet off so I have to reattach that, granted I was running a 42 tooth rear sprocket. Long story short, I would like to make a new skid out of 1/4" stainless. That is the only thing that will hold up to abuse without bending and cracking, it won't gouge like aluminum, it won't rust, and I can make it myself.
  6. Spots or floods?
  7. You still have that Rath grab bar? What color its it?
  8. Probably why the old builder doesn't have a flowbench, he can say his porting is awesome because he doesn't know how bad it really is. Nice improvements in flow, head should rip now.
  9. Welcome! Where ya from?
  10. Where did you buy it? Does it get the engine cases and other aluminum parts clean too?
  11. Mamito, I remember when you first posted that pic of you on the quad holding the Monster can years ago on the ORG, you have come a long ways since then! Both bikes look good!
  12. I agree, have had great success with the ITP HD's. They are the toughest tires I have ever run, and they hook up well!
  13. Sweet video! Thanks for sharing. Now that's my kind of riding! Kinda reminds me of Chadwick down in Missouri.
  14. Awesome. Are you a dealer? I could use a case. I don't have kids, but I know plenty of them that could use a nap time!!
  15. Truck looks great man! You should do the old style pinstripe that has the heartbeat in it. I always thought that looked cool and was subtle. And it will look even better when you get a chance to update the front end with lights and maybe a clean grill. Great job on the truck!
