  1. We missed out on the Hawaiian Hoe Down drags last weekend. Lost all my ridin buddies and took a hike instead. Sure is a fun time and someday I'll make a pass strutted up so I can keep the front down. That run was a 4.63 right before my best yet 4.56 not having to come off the throttle. Just et, no speed unfortunately.
  2. I hit up the home depot last time for exhaust flange nuts an have a couple spares in my box. Couldn't be more than 20 cents each
  3. You need the studs or the nuts? Stud bolt is like sayin I need a nail screw; and it's wayyyy to early for that although it is friday.
  4. I've been thinkin about the spring but I haven't had issues with mine since back cut. The problem with the transmissions are the dogs that wear fast on the contact edges which allow slipping out of gear, missed shifts and skipped shifts. Power does affect the rate of wear but generally it's the shifting habits of the rider (obviously mx will cause rapid wear). The last engine I bought was nothing more than a stock engine with a stage two and a pipe. The dogs on most gears were absolutely hammered and I had a hard time believing the guy telling me everything worked and shifted perfectly!
  5. Looking good man. I put a prm skid on a buddy's raptor a while back and had to re-drill the holes to fit right. More or less elongated them but I was surprised that they were as far off as they were. Might need to look into a new chain while you're at it.
  6. Thanks! It seems to get more and more packed with observers/drinkers than riders and racers but someone has to provide the entertainment!
  7. There's no reason you shouldn't at least get your head and money back, ported or not.
  8. According to his facebook page, Demon is going out of biz. Says that parts and whatnot will be shipped so hopefully you get it back as you wanted.
  9. Really like to hit Dumont but unless something works out perfectly that allows me to take friday off, it's highly unlikely.
  10. Oh I can garantee that Alba has their stuff made anywhere cheaper than here! That's why for the small difference, I would rather have a top notch US business owned by a genuine person make parts for my bike. LSR is also good and comparable to Stellar and since having met Tim personally (stellar), he's my first choice.
  11. 16th and 17th. You going to try and make it?
  12. I always have a great time no matter what. Looking forward to our next trip out in March, if I can get a new chain in time.
  13. You might prefer the precision clamps instead of the flex bars as they're cheaper too. Gives you a much more stable feeling since the bars remain rigid instead of individually flexing. I thought you had a link installed judging by the pic since it sits low in the rear. There are Alba racing stems on ebay that are pretty cheap but Tim at Stellar down in Tucson makes a bitchin stem too as well as a arms. I bet he'd be willing to do a package deal for ya.
