1. If you are willing to put the effort and money in. I rode a "budget" 250r/500 hybrid. Vibrated your hands and feet numb and broke the motor mounts like 3 times in half a year. Ended up being more trouble than it was worth. Fast as hell though.
2. Not me, but a pic I had saved from the .org
3. ATV Fourplay Area 51 w/ Motowoz
4. The full length body fin clearly did not do its job. Now all the cars are stuck with useless ugly billboards
5. My first video in a long time... please be gentle. *I know my camera sucks
6. Same hardware that came with the rings. Smallest sheet of Lexan they had that would fit. Its shatter resistant so won't likely break, maybe if you are slamming into large rocks.
7. If one guy false starts, won't the whole gate not drop and hold everyone else up? Or are you not worried about that.
8. There are holes drilled for all of the bolts except for 3 which are actually used to hold the lexan onto the ring. If you look closely at the picture you can see which bolts are not recessed. The o-rings are on the back of the 3 bolts which come out of the rings to take the cap off. It is so the bolts are not lost when airing up the tire.
9. Made out of Lexan from Home Depot. Drilled holes for most of the ring hardware. Attaches by 3 of the ring bolts. O-ring on the opposite side of the lexan to prevent losing hardware when they are off.
10. There are also a whole lot less sport quads being made. Especially 450s. Can-am goes straight to holeshots.
11. What about rider weights and starting ability? Paddle setup? I know someone with an ltr who will lose to a trx by a length, but when I jump on his bike I can pull two lengths on the trx. I also noticed that the black helmet rider seemed to miss his shifts later in the run, causing the red to seem to pull more. Not trying to dis, but just saying there are a few more things to consider.
12. x3. I am also curious on your findings of TPS connected vs. not and the reasoning behind your selection.
13. meh. Definetly a lot of slow. I am very picky though.
14. I've only ever seen one axle break and it was an LSR. Most of my group run G-force and haven't had problems. I think it is a rare occurance at lower levels. Just don't be casing things all the time.
