Good for him lol his new port job will compliment the other mods he has listed nicely. Horns, mirrors, and a port job is like the big three for 450's

This has to be the most hardcore enduro there is! Id love to participate in such an epic event but id be the asshole that couldnt make it up the first climb

If your trying to cheap out you could go with the drz exhaust cam. The old style hot cams are the more aggresive of the hot cams but havent been in production for 5+ years. .I would try to get ahold of Ron Hamp Cycles. He had some custom grounds webs that pulled hard in my old LTZ470 build. I picked up 3 horsepower with no loss after switching from yoshimura cams to his. Heres a pic of mine

I used one of these stainless kits on one of my previous builds. The bolts are stainless but a very low grade. I used them all and then ended up changing back to some oem bolts in critical places after a broken a-arm bolt almost killed me

Lol it probably should have been junked. I picked it up after dark and the next day when I rolled it outside I was thinking to myself Oh shit what have I gotten myself into!

Not sure really. the oil came out fairly clean and the filter had nothing big in it. its bone stock and its gonna stay that way till it wont run anymore. Im half way through building a motor for my other bike and dont need any more power for this bike

A guy bought it for his kids to learn on. It looks like they learned the hard way! the motor was brown from the all the mud burned on. Its a 2004
