What do you guy's eat after Sport/ Gym?
I started doing Crossfit since 5 months and before i go i don't really eat much (Starts a 19:00), When i come back home i eat some Fruit Apples bananas haha And the 18:00 Meal -> 20:30
SAme thing when you ride MX During the breaks.. I don't feel like eating al that stuff you advertise mamito.
At Work i drink allot of coca cola (9:30 12:30 15:00 Breaks) And started drinking milk en water at 15:00 instad of the cola that i Quit So i feel less tired when i go too the gym later that day. Or better ideas?
