About a man (Anthony Hopkins) that lived in the wild for two years, till the "takers" attacked his gorilla family. They put him in a prison nut house, with Cuba Gooding as his psychiatrist. It says a lot about man and thier illusions.
  6. I'd be living on a mountain side facing the ocean that's bout a half hour away. My residence would be a log house with log out buildings all run and built with alternative energy. I'd be running an animal rescue sanctuary so all the enclosures would be as natural as possible. All persons bent on telling me what I can't do would be zapped into vapor 20 miles from my door. Thanks Tired, I needed that dream right now.
  7. Hey guys check this out. I don't see any plans for a Northern Arterial in the near future on this NDOR link. But shows there is a plan for a bridge or bridges between now and 2011. Huh.http://www.nebraskatransportation.org/hwy-pgm/pdfs/d3map.pdf Just thought it was interesting. But then just about anything this time of morning is. Have a cricket in my bedroom that followed me back out to the living room. Bugs suck.
  8. I've blown off the Telegram for the most part. The mans a sad joke. Can any of you tell me where to look to find out back ground on our city leaders and business leaders? I want to know, for one thing, the reason for the 23rd Ave. viaduct. What Buckly does when he's doing nothing., ect....
  9. In the paper comments today - popeye wrote on August 11, 2006 9:43 AM:"Cunninghams own Fitness Quest. You can find Reeve there. People offering help??? Or looking for a job?"
  10. I'm afraid Bush and Company have cried Wolf to often. The timing, as Leathal said, is too convienent.
  11. Probably because I've been more vocal than you have. But I'm tiring of that and feel like doing other things now. Shade has been good for me. Have seen some small improvements in her too. What is at 2521 Th St.? With the gas prices and owning a Scout, among other things, I don't cruise around much. Isn't there a antique store around there? Oh, maybe the old Grieners building right next to the tracks.
  12. Agreed! Fuck all the people like her!
  13. tired - article in the papers achieves says -Cunningham said she and her husband, Reeve, wanted to open a dance club at 2521 11th St. and provide a non-alcoholic atmosphere for teenagers to socialize. If you go to the news tab and click on the Hot Topics some of the old threads are there. I see JD has been deleting posts again. The one about the train counting. Southsider asked how he was going to award a prize if he wasn't having anyone logging in. Took the 2ND time for me to post my question and ask why it wasn't posted the first time to get it on. Haven't found the Cunninghams yet, but I'm looking. "Shade" sleeps best if I'm touching her so we're kicking back again today till she feels more confident.
  14. No, I don't know them but that's GREAT you guys want to help out! Will be good business all the way round. Thanks on the cat, she must have gotten thumped pretty hard right between the ears.
