I usualy find newspaper headlines on this subject a bit sensationalist but over the last few months there have been a slew of actual incidents here, including a wee girl being snatched from her bathtub and a baby being raped. Registration does not work and I don't think castration does either. Either throw away the key or shoot them. It's the only way.

As far as priests interfering with weans goes, I doubt that them being celibate has anything to do with it. These people are born that way. There is no cure. No point in trying to rehabilitate them. Lock them up and never let them out.
