idk if any of you guys heard about the latest internet revolution how they are giving two speeds: fast and slow. If you can pay more money, your site gets the fast connection, and if you cant, well..you get the slow connection speed...so the battle was about whether the internet should be "neutral" territoty or not. so i think my teacher said today that it passed in the House of reps already but not congress yet, anyway thats wicked stupid cause then itll be harder to get like a website up and get advertisement unless you are already high on the class ladder... i think this is the most riduculous thing i have ever heard..anyone elses thoughts?

hey i just wanted to know if songs like -Rock N' Roll (feat HBMS)- are copyrighted...cause i had made a lego-stop action animation movie and used that song in the background...my graphics teacher wanted me to show it on the local access channel...would i be able to use lp stuff like that for commercial use...could someone help me out?

ok, so weve been studying WWII in History class these past couple weeks. Ironically the Fort Minor cd came out with the song "Kenji". So today being Pearl Harbor day, another coincidence, i brought in the FM tracks and asked my teacher if we could listen to a song about WWII. He is a goofy guy and said yeah. So this made my day, listening to FM in hsitory class. He told me that was the first rap song he actually listened to the words ad wasn't offended by...then he asked for a copy...brownie points!!! Thanks Mike! Does this give anyone else any ideas? wink* wink*?

ok first of all im not dissin mike or anything but on the interview with him he stated... Where did the name FORT MINOR come from? “Fort” represents the more aggressive side of the music. “Minor” can mean a few things: if you're talking about music theory, minor key is darker. I wanted to name the album rather than having my name on the cover, because I want people to focus on the music, not me. ok so here are some lyrics... "How ya doin ya'll my names Mike" "Mike, he doesnt need his name up in lights" "Forget Mike, Nobody's really knows how or why" It seems like he is rapping about not wanting to be known for his name, but for his music, although he puts his name in teh songs...just somthing i noticed..any other thought?

How would it go down if linkin park released a christmas album? i dont know about you guys but i like to listen to lp all year round...my december is a start but i bet it would be interestin if they put the lp twist on some other classics...not like they got enough on their hands already...

i listened to the song before i read all the threads and i can vouch for anyone who says its got that will smith edge...thats the first thing i thoght of...sweet song tho
