I think Mike said/implied once that they do that so that there is a period of time when Linkin Park isn't in the public conscience so much. When people aren't thinking about Linkin Park. When Linkin Park isn't on everyone's minds and on everyone's lips. To give people a break from "Linkin Park". Yeah...something like that...

Yes there is one. I'm not entirely sure, but i think lots of artists "auditioned" remixes of songs on HT to get on "Reanimation". The Marilyn Manson remix of "By Myself" was one of them but didn't make it on to the final cut of the album. It was released as a b-side on one of their singles, though I'm not sure which.

I've seen one of his videos. The one with the skate boarding. I'm not really into hip-hop (well except FM so far) but i respect him in that video. Any black person that deviates from stereotypical black norms gets my respect. i don't see enough of it sadly...
