Im sure manchester wasnt the only place they did this. After playing point of authority, and doing a huge heavy outro. It all went silent, then brad started playing some random riff on guitar, to which rob joined in. It lasted about a minute or so. Then stopped and then they went on to do other things? This riff doesnt sound like it was part of POA, nor did it start the next song. Just curious wat it was about? Some secret new song they're working on that only has one riff so far? Anybody know what im even talking about?

I thought it mean they wer only available UPTO 10 days after the show? Then deleted? I paid good money for this! I want it hehe

I bought a download code the manchester gig (27/1/08) and ive been trying to download it at www.livelinkinpark.com but when i entered my code yesterday, the page just refreshes and nothing happened, so i tried it again today and it says "this code has been used, if the show has not yet been uploaded, it will automatically be added to you account when it is" WHERE is my account will it be added?! Ive looked all over my account and there doesnt seem to be anything that says "linkin park show here" Or has it just not been uploaded yet?

I wouldnt like it if they featured somebody else. I just want LP by themselves. No others clogging up my ear space. As for Joe for dj-ing and doing other things, dont mock him! As far as i can tell, without him, they couldnt perform alot of the songs live. He seems to control the backing tracks and synths/samples etc, keep them in-sync with the live music.

Needs more reverb on the lead guitar, and its very very mono, but its still good :thumbsup:

The only reason i joined the LPU was to get pre sale tickets for UK gigs. Now that i have them, i dont expect LP to be back for another 4years, so i have no reason to sign up again.

I agree the new LPU cd looks tat, and i dont really want 10 live tracks, i can watch live tracks on youtube etc, but i disagree with the people here who are saying "Im thru with linkin park, this sucks" cause i doubt LP actualy have much to do with the LPU now. Warner will be paying some company to keep up with it nowadays. LP are too big and rich to manage it themselves. If it was up to LP they'd probably give us the b-sides. I can agree with you not wanting to pay for another year of LPU, but dont give up on the band

I agree, they should do another DVD like frat party. More like a long version of LPTV rather than just live concerts. Though saying that i did enjoy LIT, but not as much as frat party

On the rare occation LP suddenly split up and moved on, what do you think Dave Brad & Rob would do? I mean chester has his side project/album, Mike has Fort Minor, Joe can go into film directing etc Would the others just drift away and not be heard of anymore? Or do you think they'd be picked up in other bands, records, featurings? Just a thought.

Anywhere online storing recordings of these shows? Id like to watch/listen to some of the changes.

I remember reading an interview wher chester said something like "we're the worst 'rock and roll' band, we dont drink, or do drugs, or have sex with everybody" And another interview who described Rob as "Shy, quite and kinda geeky, he could easily pass for 'the office IT tech-guy', hard to beleive he's a drummer in a rock band"

Im not being a post whore, to be honest, i couldnt care less if i had 20post or 20,000 posts. makes no difference to me, im not aiming to become a mod on here or anything. I know they tell you to search before you make a new thread, but if typed in drum solo, id get about 30threads, each with the word drum or solo appearing at somepoint, and i dont have the time to go looking thru them wondering if one post amoung many actualy talked about what i was doing. The reason i made this thread is acuse months ago, i remember when LP announced that there would infact be a few guitar solos on the MTM, a few people raised the question "what about drums" and the answer was "there will be NO drum solos", so when one suddenly appears on youtube as the newest added video, and ive not heard of it anywher else, i thought id tell those few who wanted to see one it was there, and i provided a link for them to watch. Also, when you said you're fed up of wasting time with repeated threads, it takes less than a second to click 'back' and ignore it.
