Nah Mamito, the drain bolt on the bottom of the case. Cant be timeserted, its not threaded all the way thru and Id block a drain. Im just gonna tap it for a SAE size. 3/8 is the next size up over 8mm.

Its not so much the cranks as the bearings if I recall were the issue. Sucks, but such as the way it goes.

Possible air bubble in the system. Id run it without the cap and see what happens. id also take out the t-state and physically check it in a boiling pot. Radiator fins are good and not bent? Possible bad headgasket as well. I cant recall where I got the kit (maybe autozone or maybe it was was...

Too dang hot to ride today so I figured Id yank the motor out to begin the build. Everything went fine till I went to drain the oil and I realized the bolt doesnt tighten anymore. it has been sketchy since I got the quad but Ive only ridden maybe 8x and changed the oil like 3x. So timesert...

Probably going for one last ride tomorrow and then its off to build my engine :)

yea I thought you were pretty light bryson? I think Im just gonna make my own riser kit out of some AL flat bar and look for another cfm for a good deal later. Still got time, still need to do the motor. if you cant use the riser kit Im good for it Dave.

Yea Im shocked it doesnt hit. I know on the 400 I had to raise it some otherwise it hit but that was a XC link.
