+2 stem

I am 6' 2" and the stock bar height is low, searched alot of threads on this subject too, anyway here is the question. With a +2 stem and most aftermarket high bend bars being 1 inch shorter than stock is it worth the $350 for a +2 stem and new fat bars or pro tapers to have a net gain of 1"? second question do the stock cables and brake hose fit? Third are the riser blocks safe, they look a little sketchy to me?

I'm 6'4" with a +2 and atv high bend bars... Stock brake lines on it with +2 arms aswell. You have to unbolt the line right under the hood but it makes it.

I'm also 6'2", I run a +2 stem with the Pro Taper Woods Hi Bend. I love the setup, made all the difference in the world.

While we're on this topic. What do you think the ideal set up would be for a 5'7 rider? I've been looking around at +1 stem and just keep my tag2 fatbar unless something else will benefit me more lol

It's all about comfort for the individual... If your comfortable with what you have then you're good to go. Trail/track I like the atv high bend. I learned this winter on the ice I want a lower bar. I have some cr mid and some cr low I'm going to try out. When I'm hanging off the side ice racing my hand is right in my face (I have to dip my head to see) and I feel like I have ape hangers. Plus that I want to lower my center of gravity to help hold corner speed while drifting.
