Here is a list of what we replaced:
11352-HP1-670 OEM Honda o ring- clutch outter cover o ring
19226-MEB-670 Gasket (water pump cover)
The above were optional- as you do not HAVE to remove the water pump cover and outer clutch cover, however i chose to replace them while i was there.
The above parts are $8.66 total, so i feel its a no-brainer.
Below is a MUST to do the job correctly: ($350.34 for the parts listed below)
11394-HP1-600 Gasket Right Cover (clutch side cover gasket)
28110-MEY-670 Gear 35T (starter clutch)
28115-MEY-670 Clutch Outer (starter clutch)
28120-HP1-602 Gear (starter clutch)
28125-MEY-671 Clutch One Way (starter clutch)
90461-KZ3-J10 Lock Washer (clutch inner hub lock washer)
91012-PN6-701 Bearing (starter clutch)
It will greatly help to have the following specialty tools:
-Torque Wrench (7 ft lbs up to 80 ft lbs is needed)
-Clutch Basket holder tool (you can manage without, however it can be a pain)
-Compression tester to reset your auto decomp
If all goes smooth, your first time would take 2-3 hours. Now that i have done it, its probably a 2 hour job at MOST.
If you choose to order the parts through us, it takes me about a week to get them in. I will also include copies of the OEM service manual pages so you have them for install reference.
****Make sure your valves are set correctly.... that is a big reason that the starter clutch goes bad!!!
