San Francisco general manager Trent Baalke said that Brooks, who could face up to six months behind bars if guilty, "is still a member of this team," but wouldn't speculate on his long-term future with the NFL club. Prosecutors say Brooks, 31, and Ray McDonald assaulted the same woman at a pool party at McDonald's house last December 15. Continue reading...
