First of all, if you're only intention is to insult or name call or ruin this thread like you did the piston thread, please just save the entire forum the trouble and DON'T RESPOND.

that being said.

Hey guys, i'm putting some +2's on and noticed that one of my ball joints has this washer that seems to be permanent. It's the lower a arm ball joint. Only the right side has the washer, the other side does not have one, it just has the ball joint shaft and boot.

here's a couple pictures.

here's the washer, is this normal and if so why is it only on one ball joint. thanks in advance fellas.

had to hack the washer off with a dremel. Apparently the guy before me was using this washer on the wrong side, washers only supposed to go on the nut side of the spindle. Next thing is to chop my tie rods down, they're definitely too long which is odd as ****.

i believe all that happened was somebody put the washer on the wrong side of the ball joint, therefore it got stuck on there. As for the tie rods, i honestly can't explain it, i asked the seller if he may have possibly sent the wrong tie rods and he said it's possible, he refunded me $50. So essentially i paid $200 for some clean +2 a arms with a washer stuck on them and the wrong size tie rods that i'm going to end up using after i have them cut.

So you scammed the seller into sending you money back and used the part anyhow??

WOW.... Scum bag.
