A kinda harsh question from an lp fanatic

well i was watching project project revolution 2004 video yesterday and noticed mike's comments that "after PR we will go underground,away from all the people to record a new album" .... but it DIDNT happened. instead, they worked with jay-z and released Collision course, then mike shinoda worked and released FORT MINOR and chester also worked on his side project !!

then after TWO years, mike shinoda AGAIN stated that they have started working on the album and it will be out in summer of 2006 .... and also showed some signs of it (lp.com under construction and other stuff) but in reality, summer came and it went ... now mike is AGAIN saying that it will be released in October !! ... now it really REALLY ****** me off why he always states something in front of the PUBLIC and ALWAYS do the opposite :mad: :mad: ... but seriously speaking, i dont have faith in whatever he says from now on ... i think album will actually be released in 2007.

i wanna ask does he always do like this ??? doesnt linkin park in REALITY plan their releases or is this some kind of tactics !!

p.s. please dont bomb me, m a real lp fanatic since 2003 and have around 20 GBz of lp stuff which i listen EVERYDAY !! :p

I don't think he was actually making promisses when he said those things.. he just wasn't really thinking when he was talking. I agree he probably shouldn't have said those things, since alot of people are going to take it very seriously (and for good reason).

I think LP basically just took a break, and didn't realize that they had sort of accidentally promissed their fans a new album really soon, lol.

it's the PROJECT REVOLUTION TOUR SPECIAL ... which was aired on MTV2 .. and mike CLEARLY said after PR they will work on the new album !! ... cumon y would i lie !!

Dont wine about it. The best you can do... is not even think about it. Mk!? Your driving yourself crazy over uh nothing. so just chillax & quit wining. Seriously.

I dont think there is a person in this world that has NOT made the mistake of saying something and not following through on it. Are you going to not trust them too!? You can complain all you want, you can't rant and cry, but its not going to help anyone nor rush the album. MK!?
