a lil poem i wrote around 1/2 a year ago

Slender beams of moonlight

Enter this room as I kneel

Images of hatred, fear and bloodshed

Penetrate my mind

Screams of children can be heard

Images of women fleeing can be seen

Desperate pleas of dieing men go unheard

The warmth of human blood can felt

A thick fog of agony

And I raise my head, now kneeling before

An uncaring reality
