A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer - obroker.exe

I am running Window 7 (64 bit) and IE 9. When I open IE today, I got the following security warning message: "A Website wants to open web content using this program on your computer Windows/syswow64/obroker.exe

It then has two buttons to allow or not allow. I click not allow - and IE hangs -then repeats message.

My homepage in ie is igoogle.

I have tried to research but have come up empty.

Please advise!
