Add to Reputation?

Ok, when I look at my online thing, it as a folder with a check and plus and when i move my mouse to it, it says "Add to I_Love_Mike_Shinoda2's Reputation" and I dunno what it means. Anyone know?

Thanks Friðbjörn but I think I have a problem, I only have that folder on only my posts and I read the stuff MSG put but there are no other folders on the other names... is this a problem?

Yeah that's the deal with me too, that thing only comes for me when I myself post, don't know about others though. Don't know either if it's a problem, I don't get this new thing yet. This is indeed confusing, there's a lot of stuff about this I have no idea how works. I realize the basic way of how this works, but more than that? **** no.
