Adding Drivers to WIM using DISM

Hi All,
I am in the middle of sorting through drivers and updates for a new Win 7 image and coming across some issues I am unsure of.
First off, when it comes to drivers, I have been able to locate required driver installation files and have been using "DriverBackup" to export drivers to then add into image. 8/10 work, but I come across that do not. One thing I checked in the .ini file was SourceDisksFiles list and noticed this list is not the same as what is exported. Could this be causing the issue?
Am I going about this the wrong way - I assume that some exports might have a standard approach which I would love to hear.
