I assume you don't mean the built-in Administrator account, which is
disabled by default in Vista.
If you have another administrative account, log into it and make your
changes from there.
Otherwise use NTpasswd to change the target account's password to a blank.

Once in, assign a good strong password that you'll remember. Write it down
