after restarting MSE is turned off, I have to manually turn it on. Worked fine before

For the last four or five days MSE does not operate automaticly. I've went into the properties and reset it for auto, re-booted but the red flag comes up. I click to start it manually and, except for one time it starts up properly. All settings are correct.
