Security services foiled the plot, which involved hiding inside two vans belonging to the Ugandan Broadcasting Corporation and setting off bombs, as the Queen came to Kampala on an official visit in November.

Accompanying the Queen were her husband Prince Phillip, son Prince Charles and daughter-in-law Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
The visit was to mark the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), attended by more than 30 world leaders, which was being held in the east African nation.
Several terrorist suspects were arrested, said Uganda's Minister of Internal Affairs Dr Ruhakana Rugunda. "We received information that a terrorist group linked to al-Qaeda, the Allied Democratic Forces, was planning to carry out terrorist activities at the Commonwealth meeting," he told the Sunday Express.
"The security services in Uganda neutralised these threats."
Roads in Kampala's centre were closed for the visit, with security services on high alert and strict identity checks carried out at each of the meeting's venues.
PAH, those bastards failed again... but why the Queen? She has nothing to do with politics..or maybe it's the religion... Either way, this is getting worse all the time, what next? Who next? When?
