Couldn't be simpler:

Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through

Windows Firewall > Add Program....

I'll assume your using windows firewall.

Start < type Windows firewall in search box < Click the one that says

Windows firewall

Heres what to do next

On the left side there should be a link that says "Allow a program through

windows firewall"

If you are prompted for a Administrative user password enter it.

When it opens Click add program.

Pres the "L" key until you find limewire. (if its there)

If its not there

Click browse

goto C:\Program Files\Limewire

click Limewire.exe

click ok.

click ok again.

If its not checked in Program or pot check it then press ok.

Your done
