Am I able to install MSE on a Windows XP s/p3 op system?

It has been recommended that I run MSE rather than my current anti-virus software due to the international travel that I do.... I would like to download and install it but cannot find anywhere that states it can be run on an XP s/p3 operating system. Any advice please?
