An Underground Band Like Linkin Park

I saw this band named Forbidden Theory with a friend of mine on their own headlining tour called the THEORY WORLD ORDER TOUR. They were with several bands. Anyway, they have everything Linkin Park has including the Rapper and the DJ, both are good. They have 2 full length albums they released this summer called Hidden Truth and Conspiracy Theory which were both awesome. I only find that their Rapper writes in the style of Linkin Park and their Singer writes lin the style of Staind. The Guitarist, Bassist, and Drummer sound like something u hear from Deftones, Trustcompany, and Papa Roach and their DJ pretty much having his own style. I was wondering if any of you have heard of them. They are really good.

They sound a little bit TOO much like Linkin Park judging from your description.

they sound like a rip job band, *** aint they breaking some kind of copyright laws or something.. there too simular.. no-one could ever BE linin park apart from linkin park, no matter how simular the names all are..

but still, this line-up is exactly like LP's, which no other band has, therefore LP's so unique. Then this band comes and has the exact same line up? That's gotta be at least a little suspicious. But still, I don't think a band has to be exactly like LP, although their line up is the exact same. They just have to be careful not to do something like singing like Chester does, otherwise people will never take them seriously.

could be but they do avoid linkin park's sound and they talk about so many things like one life shots, faith, losing your grip on life, carrying weight of other people's emotions, falling out of reach of the world, being like ordinary people, a world in silence, being haunted by your own shadows and wanting to be rid of them. I mean so many things i have discovered from hearing them. Im not sayin their better than LP, no one is, im sayin just because they hav everything LP has doesn't mean their just like them. All the riffs and beats are different. The only thing that really is drawn from LP is the rapping.

wtf...don't tell me that every metal band with a dj and a rapper's like LP?!? or because their lirycs are on the same theme the band's like lP?!?seems like you don't know that the major theme in the nu metal lirycs is lonelyness and etc..Almost every nu metal band sings bout that...so what they're trying to be like LP?? Don't make laugh couse LP's not the best group...they're far very very far from being the best nu metal band...and they're goin further away with the **** like the so called "album" with JZ..now they're more like a rap formation... :blah:

Just because thier line-up is very similar does not mean everyone has even heard thier music and should judge thier sound and skills right off the bat saying its not really good. When people first saw that a so called "Rock Band" had an emcee in it, can you imagine how many people started hating just because of that? I don't beleive its wise to judge what is unknown so early.
