It is impossible to drive to my parent's home without seeing countless dogs and cats who were dumped by their previous owners. WTF is wrong with these people? Yes, animals will retain some of their basic instincts but not so far as to survive very long. WHY do people do this? How can people be so heartless to go and dump off their pets like this? If you no longer want your pets, there are others who are willing to take care of them. It breaks my heart just as much as it infuriates me. I have a new cat now because one of my friends was thinking about dumping her (after she was spayed and declawed) out at my husband's ranch. I took her in instead and told him I would call the police if he ever thought about doing something like that (dumping pets is illegal down here). I also jumped my husband's ass for being the one who brought up the idea to our friend. Ugh. These people need to be shot or dumped out in the middle of nowhere when it is freezing outside. Strange to see them so far out in the sticks with no houses anywhere in sight. I respect domestic cats and would never harm one. My friend lives in rural Indiana and has a few outside cats. One of which kills full size fox squirrels. The bastard actually chases them up a tree and gets 'em. Unfortunately last week it killed an endangered flying squirrel. Neat little things. They are the only nocturnal squirrel in northern America. About 3-5 inches in length with big 'ol black eyes. I recognize feral cats as only targets for me to exercise my blood lust upon. I fucking went to court and requested a fucking jury trial just to hold up the stupid ticket. Even got the prosecutor to try and say she was gonna charge me with a felony.. I laughed at her and said... go ahead, charge me with a felony.. I'll still ask for a jury trial. In the end, there wasn't shit they could really do about it... ALL FERAL CATS MUST DIE !! Fuck em... at least I am nice enough to make the death very sudden with a bullet to the brain.. It sure beats seeing the fucking things either A: STARVING, or B: BEING DESTRUCTIVE TO OTHERS PROPERTYS. Either way, there really isn't any way to tame them... well.. you could.. but FUCK THAT !! How many of you " OH THE POOR POOR KITTY" fucks would like to have a feral in your home ?? Bet you would change your mind about the poor kitty. I've shot many feral before that ticket, and I have shot a few more after the ticket. I will not stop hunting these varmints. . . Didn't let em inside or anything but you know. At least they weren't starving then. And they slept out in the barn, went and played by the creek etc, until it was time for me to feed them. My mother tried to take kittens there, but they asked for my moms address, and said they could only take animals from Sumpter Co. That is so stupid.
