anti vanetines day

Anti-valentines day

 


This isn’t a normal Valentines Day poem.


I will not have a valentine.


I will have no where to rome.

 


I will not celebrate a holiday so unfair.


I will not receive a thing from the man I love.


I don’t need February 14th to show him how much I care.

 


I don’t want flowers to watch them die.


To remind me of how short our life actually is.


I will not sit alone and cry.

 


I don’t want chocolate to have it melt and rot my teeth.


So I have to clean up a mess.


All on top of my grief.

 


I don’t want a cheesy valentine’s card.


I don’t need that waste of money.


Getting along financally is already hard.

 


I don’t want to see hearts and cupids every where I go.


Hearts break too easy and cupid is sexist.


It’s not this holiday but Men who make girls feel low.

 


So I will boy cot valentines day.


February 14th I will be wearing black.


So happy anti-valentines day.
