Guest NewsBot
I have Windows Vista 7 Home Premium; and have noted that for several years ANY update for Silverlight will fail: it will download but not install. I understand that a non Windows vendor installed it, looks like mine done in '05.There is something about part of Silverlight not being digitally signed. My registry of updates shows NOTHING for Silverlight. There is one entry, 'Microsoft Silverlight' in both the Update registry and the Program registry. I cannot uninstall them, even per Microsoft'sIlverlight Home Page about an install and/or uninstall. Been through the web, don't want to spend $ on something I know nothing about. What I was able to to was disable Silverlight at the add on menu under Internet Options.Anyone know how to get rid of anything to do with Silverlight? With thanks...LarryWX.
