Anyone hear of a band called Spineshank?

i love this band its one of my favorets. and it seems no one has heard of them. they kick ***. there lyrics are soo real. you can just relate to them. and they sound so unique. so iw as wondering if anyone else has heard of them besides me. lol http://www.spineshank.com/ and heres the website if anyone woudl liek to check them out i highly suggest it. :D

I think my favourite songs are Synthetic, Smothered,dunno the names of the rest

yeah those are about my favoret songs to excpecally synthetic. and may i ask what nu metal is? never heard that term b4. did you hear there newer cd?

yeah their pretty cool. in fact they did have that one single that made air waves. i know which one it is i just can't think of it off the top of my head right now. also for a side note.. i dont think Spineshank is concidered nu metal [that is if nu metal is also under p.o.d, linkin park, papa roach etc.] they're more with the current metal scene. all i know is the guys here who listen to them are all in the local metal scene [killswitch engage, shadows fall, ..hatebreed, bleeding through etc.]

and as for the question about nu metal. nu metal is a term the public came up with to categorize the current rock music popular at this time. it describes a specific type... such as the bands i named above. kinda like grung(sp) hardcore,punk.

well then i have to agree. spinshank is a metal band. they dont fall in the same catagory as those toher bands. they do fall in the same catagory as shadows fall and what not. ( which is another good band)

thats okay... i just recently heard of them. probably within the last couple of months.but they are awesome live. there's a lot of energy there [mainly the vocalist and drummer though.,.. but hey htats all u need right?]

know they're good. i went to the show not really knowing anything about them and they impressed me! they're work checking out.... along with Spineshank... don't want to completely throw the original topic off :D

I love Spineshank!.. i love the songs Asthmatic, Synthetic, Smothered, Slavery and New Disease :D
