Guest jennsvs
About a week ago, I updated my computer. I went onto a website and got the message below. When I go to most websites, it gives me this error, then restarts. I followed the instructions here.... http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ieitprocurrentver/thread/277b438e-6891-40d3-b1be-10444373c185 ... but that didn't help. I have searched and searched to get this fixed, but nothing has worked. I have scanned my computer with a few different scanners, but nothing is detected. My son is needing to use this computer for school next week and I would love to be able to fix it before that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also would like to request that if you reply to this, I will need detailed instructions that I can understand. I do know a little about computers, but don't really understand all the lingo. Here is the message I get: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: iexplore.exe Application Version: 9.0.8112.16421 Application Timestamp: 4d76255d Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll Fault Module Version: 6.0.6002.18541 Fault Module Timestamp: 4ec3e3d5 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 0003dd6d OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 40d4 Additional Information 2: 4062ad41ec8067256aa4c5e2b56d3c79 Additional Information 3: 40d4 Additional Information 4: 4062ad41ec8067256aa4c5e2b56d3c79 Thanks to all in advance for any help that you can provide.
