During the rehearsals the husband of the woman who is

portraying _Winter Wheat_ is found wandering along

the brookside with her sister cereal _Spring Wheat_,

which, of course, makes further polite cooperation

between these two staples impossible, and the Dance

of the Foodstuffs has to be abandoned at the last

moment.

_Thin crust_. Planked (taken out of the pan and put on the open rack or

oven floor for a few minutes) so it will have stiffness. A reputable

pizza supplier (not a chain with inexperienced pizza shovelers) knows

this technique and will accomodate your request. Or you can get one of

those soapstone pizza slabs and carve vent channels and preheat it.

Sure, sure. But still, one hand with slice, the other pickin' around,

long stretches to hit the shift keys and do shift-and-mouse-click

highlightings . . . .

Challenging, very challenging.

I roll mah own, from flour and yeast and stuff.

Using only distilled water for the yeast and dough since the yeasties

don't seem to like tap-water.
