Hello community!
The issue:
When I try to write something in the adress bar and that site wasn't found, I am redirected to a site called basicscan.com(something like a search engine). I have searched for a solution in google and it showed me that it was a malware. I scanned my PC with Microsoft Security Essentials, some items were found and removed/quorantined but it didn't fix the problem. The problem appears when I am using Firefox and Google Chrome. It seems that everything is OK with my Internet Explorer though. I found and deleted basicscan program using add/remove program but it still didn't work. It seems that it also was a plugin in my firefox so I disabled it. However the problem still exists and I want to find a solution for it. Could you help me?
P.S. I am using Windows 7 64bit
