nah, don't do it... ****, I don't see eye to eye on everyone either, but can decide what battles to fight on my own, I will step in when I can produce something poignant or funny, other times I will just ignore what is going on, and suggest you both do the same.

I think this forum is just as much for differing opinions as ones that concur. and if you can slash someone else, so much the better.

I seem to remember someone putting me down very heavily for saying I thought about putting eddo on ignore.....now I am trying to remember who it was that used names like coward and such for anyone who would do such a thing..........

I will have to think on that for awile..........

There is no problem on my part, as we see in the perceptions thread I made, Ali took the first shot and started a fight, as it always is. If Ali does not make the first personal attack, I have nothing to respond to now do I?

When Ali is not attacking me, I actually like almost all of what she says. She is smart and I even seriously took her advise on my tattoo issues. But when Ali wants to be ugly, well I just have never seen anything like it in my 44 years on this Earth.

I would never put Ali on ignore because I value what she says when she is not attacking me. Strange I know, but at least I can offer her some credit where it is due.

I don't believe in banning or ignoring. We are all going to have differing opinions and perceptions and that's what makes an online community interesting. I can choose to engage or not, as can everyone else.

It's kind of weird I guess and maybe it's because I've never been a real internet person, but for the most part...all the people I talk to I value as friends...even having never met them. I've never looked at anyone here as simply words on a screen. The nice thing about the forum is...even if I'm angry or hurt by what has been said I know I can shut it off or leave it be. The vast majority of the time I want to hear what everyone has to say anyways.

So...my vote is no.... on the ignore thing.

I vote D. Only if you two want to. The fighting is sometimes funny and entertaining and I can always ignore/skip the post(s) when I've had my fill/becomed bored/sick of it.
