"Bisexual" a new Trend?

Well,

I was talking about this to a few of my friends today... and ive been noticing..EVERYONES going Bi. Dont get me wrong, i have nothing agaist Bisexual ppl. I have ALOT of Bi friends.. but i was just woundering, am i the only one that is noticing it?

i know that... here in Brazil they're making a lot of things with homossexual themes and gurls started thinking is cool being bi. I don't think they're really or even that they thought about this but they do cuz beautiful girls make it on tv.

No, you aren't. Alot of people are going bisexual or gay, and mostly because its 'cool'. Personally, I don't find it cool at all. I don't have anything against gays but I do think its a stupid reason to start being gay or bi just because its 'in'.

indeed I have noticed this also.. all of the sudden being bi is like the "****" so everyone is comin out and sayin they are bi.. personally I have nothing against gay/bi people but sayin it because your friends say it and thinks it is cool is stupid..

yea i noticed it too. I think it's stupid to change who you are because it's "in". But I have nothing against bi people.

Noone at my school thinks it's cool. In fact, the one person who is openly bi is shunned and constantly made fun of. Oh well. She's a freak anyways.

Well the world is becoming more open to homosexuals/bisexuals so either they're just admitting it or are just doing it to be "in." They may also just be "exploring" because it's now accepted so they try it and just decide to be bi or something......yeah that made no sense.

Honestly, i think the majority you're noticing are girls who are 'turning bi'. Because i honestly dont know what group of people would think it's cool for a guy to turn bi. Double standards. I honestly believe some of those people are doing it for attention. Girls might be doing it to attract guys to them (which is stupid).

For those other people they're just either:

1 -- just realizing it.

2 -- feel more comfortable since other people are admitting it

3 -- they werent sure before

i'm sure some of those people are sincere. for the others... thats just stupid. However, i dont really notice much of a change.

i noticed it too.. just never payed attention to it... ALOT of my friends are Bi alot of them were bi ever since i can remember.. but i noticed that some are just instanty becomeing bi becuz every one is doing it.. either that or they have come to the age where they are 'experiementing'.. i really dont care for the subject.... i say let them do what they want to... if it is a trend.. it will fade. just like all the others.. and the people who are trully happy being bi.. will stay bi and the trend followers will go right back to where they were before it began

i've been bi ever since.. well, a long time. only reason those around me don't know is just because.. they'll think i'm conforming, which i'm not, so why bother telling them. it's just an added burden. to you people it may seem more popular. but among my friends and i, there's two bi people, a girl, and myself.. but she still gets **** for it. and yeah, no one knows i am lol.

I think the trend is only half true.

Alot of people think its cool, for some reason, but are onlt seeking attention.

Bi-curiousness is understandable, but not if you're flagrant about it.

Alot of people, though, are becoming honestly bi/lesbian/gay and I think it has to do with it being ACCEPTED more and more these days.

I haven't noticed it. Maybe because Poland is still very conservative country. Maybe there are lots of bi or ****, but no one admits to it. I know only one person who is gay, but it's secret and he doesn't tell it to other people. Be **** or gay is here like a course, it's not trend here, because a lot of people, expecially old are intolerant.

No, rather it isn't trend here, but in USA it may be, i don't know.
