Pitcher Francisco Liriano will be out of the Toronto Blue Jays lineup for an undetermined amount of time after being diagnosed with a concussion on Saturday. The 32-year-old Liriano is expected to undergo more tests by the Blue Jays medical staff on Sunday, the Major League Baseball team said. Liriano, of the Dominican Republic, was injured in the eighth inning of Friday's American League playoff game against the Texas Rangers when he was hit in the back of the head by a line drive off the bat of Carlos Gomez.
