barricaded suspect.
A man has barricaded himself inside a home in Los Angeles, according to an
officer at the Los Angeles Police Department's West Valley Station, KTTV-TV
reports.
Radio station KNX reported early Thursday that the incident began at about 9
p.m. Wednesday when officers responded to a call for a shooting. When police
arrived, the man opened fire, hitting two officers.
Three other people, who are believed to be family members of the suspect,
have been fatally shot, they reported.
