Border jumpers taking over

I live in California, a prime place for the dreaded "border jumper". Where I work these fuckers have taken over!! Don't get me wrong, I'm all for coming to the U.S. and bettering your life, (I've been to Mexico, from what I've seen most of it's really a shit hole) but at the very least learn some fucking English and come over here leagally! It is so fucked up trying to work with someone you can't even communicate with!

If we, as Americans, were to move abroad then we'd be expected to assimilate to the local culture. When those from abroad come here, legally or illegally, they bring their culture and we are made to accept it by poor legislation.

 

The border guards may be vigilant in their efforts, but they are not effective. My hats off to the men that risk it all on the marches everyday, however it will all be in vain.

 

All this from someone who loves Latin culture and speaks fluent Spanish. Even my Colombian neighbor, who was granted citizenship after 40 years in the US(!!!), hates the spics and wetbacks (his actual words) that jump the border into the U.S.A. every single day. He calls them, criminales degenerados.

There is not nearly enough staff to patrol the borders.

 

Illegal immigrants are a major problem. I don't see why your tax money should be dipped into in order to hire more border patrol guards when it would be much easier, if not plain logical, to go after the people who are hiring these illegals.

Oh, and it's much cheaper to get into the U.S. illegally.

This is actually a really funny situation. The United States of America, the strongest military force on the planet(well, let's forget about China right now), protector, defender, and murderer of the guilty and innocent. And it can't even save itself.

It's our borders...we have a right to protect them. And I am really scared of being enemies with Mexico. Seeing as we are the reason they are even still around (which would explain why the dolts come here illegally in the first place) I don't really think they would be much of a threat to us. Any threats of war with us would be bags of wind. We would blow the wetbacks off the map. (Not that I am racist but I think the term fits in nicely there)

I agree with all that said it is the employers of the illegal immigrants that should be gone after. The laws are on the books. Bush is big business so he is in no great hurry to deal with it. States like Arizona and New Mexico have the right idea. I hope they are successful in their efforts to kick Bush in the ass.

This is exactly why when the talk of putting up a wall all along the boarder and any measures to crack down on the illegal immigration, Mexico is against it. They want their people to come over here and work illegally so they can send that money back to support family members.

If they do pay less than the federal minimum wage, then they must pay them "under the table" and of course they won't get to deduct their salaries as an expense and if one of them get's hurt, you better just shoot him in the head, because there WILL be an investigation of why an employee was hurt and you don't pay w2 on him.

Listen, your not thinking, unless an illegal alien has false ID they have to be paid under the table because as an illegal alien can't be reported as an employee. Employers are supposed to report employees quarterly to the IRS, what are they going to put down for their illegal aliens? AND if an illegal alien is being paid less then minimum wage, who are they going to complain to?

Working illegally is less risky if you can get someone to pay you under the table then if you steal someones ID, then you have compounded your lawbreaking.

They ALL have fake SSN's and DL#'s, hell california has been mulling over giving illegals DL#'s (or don't you pay attention to the news)... The labor laws require that an employer verify a SSN and DL# number. fake SSN's sell for abpout 200$ - 300$, once they get that, they get a DL from the state. WHAM! That's all there is to it... 99.9% of all the illegals have these two documents and the other .1% are in the process of getting them.
